1.2. The following terminology applies to these Terms:

  • "User", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the natural person (individual) accessing the Website, using our services through the Website and accepting these Terms.
  • "RavenCore", "Website", "We" and "Us" refers to the company RC Transfers Limited, duly organized under the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

1.3. Using the Website constitutes an acceptance and confirmation of your consent to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with and that you are compliant with the applicable laws.

1.5. By accessing and using RavenCore’s services and the Website, you acknowledge and declare that you are not located in, or are not a citizen or resident any country subject to United Nations Security Council Sanctions List and its equivalent.

1.6. In order to protect the integrity of the Website, RavenCore reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to block Users who violate these Terms.

2. AML/KYC procedure

2.1. To comply with the international crypto KYC standards, RavenCore works with a KYC provider SumSub.

2.2. When creating an account a User passes the verification process using SumSub.

2.3. RavenCore follows AML/KYC policies of the RavenCore’s providers.

3. Personal Data

3.1. By accepting these Terms, you expressly allow Ravecore to process your personal data, export your personal data outside of the jurisdiction in which you reside or are located.

3.2. We are entitled to transfer some User’s data (including IP-addresses) to our business partners or governmental bodies at their request to facilitate the prevention and disclosure of prohibited or illegal actions. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be transferred in this way.

4. Prices and Rates

4.1 By accepting these Terms you acknowledge and agree that cryptocurrency and Digital Assets are highly experimental and risky.

4.2 By accepting these Terms you acknowledge and agree that trading cryptocurrency may cause huge losses for traders due to the volatility of the market.

4.3 By accepting these Terms you acknowledge and agree that RavenCore is not acting as agent or advisor or in any fiduciary capacity, and no communication or information provided to you by RavenCore shall be considered or construed as advice.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on RavenCore website are provided on an 'as is' basis. RavenCore makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, RavenCore does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

6. Limitations
